A dishonest & useless airline

I bought a ticket for one of my workers on 13 Sep 2022 to fly Lanseria to Cape town on the 27th. Upon arrival at the airport he was told there is no seat available & he must go to OR Tambo for a flight. When? How? The guy doesn't have cash and he HAS to be in CT tonight I want my money back + DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE
