A bunch of inconveniences and horrible service

I flew on the 23 December to Cape Town. My luggage was not in the same flight as me I have no idea why. I waited the entire day at the airport and my luggage still didn't arrive, mind you , stay was all the in strand, traveling to and back to the airport was an additional cost I didn't plan for and I had to buy clothes for later that day since I had pre booked an activity and toiletries, an unexpected additional cost. It's really annoying when someone isn't doing their job correctly as a result affecting other people's lives
