8 months no promised refund

Bought a return ticket for my daughter on the 14th of December. Then on the 21st decided against the return and asked the airline if I can use it for the other daughter. The airline refused and offered to refund. Since then it’s been 8 months of blatant lies from the airline! Please do not use this airline, it’s a ****, and is run by incompete people!
