7 hours waiting on the site

<p>I was on the website got through the waiting room, and I kept getting "undefined error" I phoned the call centre they said no they having issues with the website I must keep waiting for it to go through, I went on 5 different devices, to get through and I got the same error. I called again they said they still having website issues. So I asked what if I finally get through and I get rerouted or if all the tickets are taken, they said oh no don't worry! The website should be fixed before then... And here I am everything is taken... On the **** website for 7 hours 4 phone calls sitting on hold for each one around 8:47 minutes. Thanks a lot </p>
