60 + year old not getting elderly treatment

The worst experience ever for a 60+ year old woman wanting to go on vacation with other family members. Having to check in and out and her passport being stamped whereas no departure. We paid R840 + 1170 + 1700 to get her on a flight inorder for her not to forfeit her savings of 5800 for the plane ticket. It all started when her luggage had to be re-rapped and she missed her 1st flight. Then she missed the second flight due to the airline not having transportation to the aircraft. So we spent alot on just one single trip to Namibia... I'm hurt and will never use the airline ever again
