6 Hour flight delay

Worst local flight experience of my life which is saying a lot as I have been a frequent flyer for 20+ years. 6 Hour flight delay from Durban to Cape Town on the 30th Dec. I was on the 15:25 flight to Cape Town but it only took off at 21:45. I only got home at 1am after being at the airport since just after 1pm. Worst service and my boyfriend had similar flight delays traveling from Jhb with FlySafair. Clearly their quality has deteriorated and I won't be booking with them again in future. Small delays are understandable but getting home at 1am when a flight was supposed to board at 3pm is unacceptable. Terrible communication and service. Book with them at own risk. They have completely gone down hill.
