4 hours couldn't book a ticket

Me and my gf have been trying to book a ticket to visit my brother in 4 my birthday in jhb since 5pm this afternoon. Just after 5pm we entered all the necessary details and chose our seats, then the server crashed as we tried to move to the final page. After than we spent 4 hours refreshing from 2 laptops and 2 tablets with no success. I'm absolutely gutted that I spent my entire evening behind my laptop with nothing to show because your online pages were unresponsive.
