2 Travel cases broken buy no response

This is the email written to them :<br> To whom it may concern<br> RE : Booking number : PR6SBB<br> Surname: SMALL<br> I booked my family and myself a return flight on SafAir from Port Elizabeth to Johannesburg the 22nd September returning the 26th September .<br> On the return flight to Port Elizabeth our baggage's came out on the conveyor with breakages beyond repair , it seems as if it were thrown against a wall or dropped from a height , see photo's attached, I can guarantee you it was not just mine , I saw a ladies bag that had the whole pull out handle broken off , Perhaps all the persons on flight 2306 should be contacted and be asked how many of their baggage's are still in 100 % condition the way they were when handed in.<br> When we book a flight we expect our luggage to come out the other side the same way we give it in , We pay for the flight , we pay for the taxes and we pay for our baggage's to be transported, yet it get's mishandled beyond a shocking manner.<br> This is totally unacceptable and this issue needs to be raised to a higher authority level whereby this matter can be sorted out .<br> Awaiting your response .<br> Douglas Small<br> Branch Manager<br> RSC Port Elizabeth<br> <br> All I receive is Automated msg
