We'd been flying with them for some time and had no problems, but on Tuesday the 16th of March 2021 things changed. We were flying from King Shaka Airport to Lanseria and checked in 2 suitcases. We cable tied our zips and were off. When we arrived in Lanseria, one of our cable ties had been broken off. We didn't think much of it so we went to our bnb. When we got there, we discovered that 7 of our watches were missing from our watch case. We sent an email and to this day (3 days later) no one has responded. When we took it up with them via call, they said it's not their problem because we didn't choose an insurance option. That's fair enough, but what will be done to the culprits as this would be an ongoing problem if not dealt with? We're so disappointed because all those watches had sentimental value. Never flying with Flysafair again.
