FANTASTIC!

We stayed in the Flying *** Uptown during March, and made a return visit the other day. During our first stay, we had left a wallet at Flying *** Downtown, and the friendliest and most professional staff on the planet jumped onto the phone and made sure that it was still at the Downtown branch for us. In addition to this, we left a towel there in March, popped out an email, and minutes later received the response of FOUND. I wont have enough characters to express how amazing our stay was at The Flying *** Uptown, and this, was a combination of great sleeping arrangements, and facilities, but mainly your staff who went over the top and made it such a memorable stay, especially Brendan. :) Brilliant stay, Brilliant people, Brilliant memories! Thank you.
