Flying Design Germiston bad service

I asked the owner of this company to make me neon Signs for my business and he agreed so I paid a deposit. This was before the lockdown started. When I paid the deposit he said the signs would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks became a month, a month became 3 months and till today he has not delivered. He ignores my calls, I went to his premises demanding my deposit back, and with an attitude he promised to pay. Till today he has not refunded me. I would HIGHLY recommend NO ONE use Flying Design in Germiston.
