Pathetic service

I was due to fly from Jhb to Pmb on the 19 November 2015 returning the 22 November 2015. On the 17th November i called flygoair to confirm my flights and was informed all flights were cancelled. I was NEVER informed prior to this about the cancellations.On the 22/11/2015 I was called by Thabo an hour before my flight back to Jhb to say the flight was cancelled due to technical problems.<br> I had to rebook flights at this short notice and to date I have not received my refund. There was never any communication or feedback informing me when my refund would be paid. I have been mailing them and have been informed to be patient, refund will be done.Their lack of customer care is shocking.
