Flight booking refund

Booked online and paid for air ticket to Mthatha.<br> Arrived at airport and told no flight exists for that route.<br> They requested i buy another ticket from another airline and they will refund me my ticket price plus the difference.<br> <br> Am unable to get hold of them and no refund processed. no answer to telephone or emails.
