Air tickets sold for non-existent flights

On 5 November 2015 I booked and paid for 2 return air ticket from Johannesburg to Pietermaritzburg on Flygoair and received the online confirmation and tickets. Early December other airlines were reportedly in trouble so I decided to confirm that our booking was in order. I received no response to any of many calls to all the telephone numbers listed on the website - and no reply to any of the emails I sent to all of the email addresses on the website. I found an extensive and glowing CV for Mr Sivsander on Linkedin but, needless to say, no contact number or email address for him.<br> As we are pensioners, I can ill afford to lose the R2740 I spent on the tickets. I cannot seem to find an ombudsman or consumer complaints forum who is interested in my case. There must be other people out there who have been duped as I have!
