Bad experience with FLYBY TRANSPORT

We had a bad experience with FLYBY TRANSPORT in Gauteng Christiaan Jansen quoted us R9000.00 to move our household furniture from Pretoria to Benoni – His quotation clearly stated R7200.00 for the first trip with 2 trucks and an additional R1800.00 for a second trip with with 2 trucks as he claimed that the furniture would not all fit into the first 2 trucks. The full amount of R9000.00 was paid into his bank account. There was no need for a second trip which we paid for, as all the furniture fitted into the first 2 trucks. They also arrived without the trailer at our new address, as they left it somewhere along the road with a flat tyre because they had no wheel spanner to change the wheel. On arrival they offloaded the trucks and borrowed a wheel spanner from my wife to go and fetch the trailer and change the wheel. We sent 3 emails asking for a refund of the R1800.00 for the second trip that never took place, but they chose to ignore us completely. Several phone calls to his number also remained unanswered.
