Warranty not honoured

<p>I bought a 10 inch self balancing s****** through the flyboys.co.za website (they call it the flyboys.co.za XL), this is a business operated by Dave Dauger. I bought this unit in November last year through the business owners resellers for R9500 and courier costs which round about R270.00 if I'm not mistaken. Upon receiving my unit it was good and worked well but in December it collapsed in the middle but was still under warranty so I sent it back. Muhammed (reseller) who I worked through alerted Dave and they sent me a new unit but before it arrived to me in Port Elizabeth Dave stopped and returned it and said he will not replace it because it is me that he is dealing with. This now means he has my money and the unit that I sent back. </p>
