I received a R50 birthday bonus from flybet, I uploaded all fica documents, got an email to say my fica has been validated, I spoke to Lucas from your support team yesterday and another lady both confirming that I DO NOT need to make a deposit before withdrawing my winnings, this morning I got an email saying withdrawal rejected because either my fica is not in order or no deposit was made, this site is a ****, I play on Hollywood bets, Jackpot City and Betway and have never ever experienced this type of service, please be aware, this site is a ****!!!
