Worst service ever We boarded our flight at 5:40 in Johannesburg arrived at 8:30 in Cape town,When we arrived my baggage was left at Johannesburg, I have been calling and calling,and I was told by Zandile from CemAir that her supervisor said I must come and Collect my bag it was not their responsibility, did I take my bag out of the plane .HOW GUYS WHAT KIND OF SERVUCE IS THIS I DO NOT HAVE MONEY to go back to the airport that time
