Worst Experience Ever - They lost My Luggage

Worst Experience EVER with this Airline, I fly at least every 2 months and this is the first time I have experienced such pathetic service. Definitely my first and last time with Fly CemAir. I handed in my luggage well before check-in closed and when I arrived in Cape Town myself and a few other passengers were left standing at the conveyer belt which stopped and our bags did not come through, after about 10mins another passenger's luggage was found on a carnosol of another flight which arrived afterwards . We eventually walked over to the airline office only to find out our bags besides mine which could not be found will be on the next flight in which was 2 hours later. They however couldn't let me know where my bag is and when I would receive it. I eventually left the airport after 3 and a half hours post landing without my bag. 2 days later my bag was confirmed to be found after numerous follow ups from my end but I had to pick it up at the airport as they don't drop off bags despite it not being my fault. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience caused.
