Worst airline ever

I used cemair and I bought my ticket! I even paid extra R900 for my bag which I found ridiculously high when I had already added my bag while purchasing the ticket! And then the crew members are rude, my bag was ruined and found open! I am really furious as i already had the worst day and this just made it worse. I was flying from Johanesburg to Port Elizabeth
