Worst air line in South Africa to use

Booked a ticket last minute yesterday. For my father Inlaw Got to airport to fly from Margate to jhb at 9:30am flight at 11:30 .Told all flight have been cancelled till Thursday Then told will take us to Durban to fly from there on another air line. Will transport use there,on accepting this offer got told no we must pay our own transport to durban R450.00 on top of buying a ticket for R2600.00 and will put use on another air lines flight to jhb. At 5pm still. Refused to give us a refund so we could book a ticket from durban to jhb that is half the price as tickets from Margate to jhb.

This is the 3rd time they have done this to use from Margate. Please when flying to jhb do not use cemair. As they seem to do this all the time to make money out of passages flying from Margate to jhb.
