VERY BAD SERVICE

Cemair is the worst airline that I have ever flown with. Just about every time we use them, they are late. Yesterday they cancelled the Margate flight, transported is with local taxi’s that appear not to be roadworthy to King Shaka. The time for the Margate flight was 11h45. The Durban flight was supposed to take-off 16h45 but in only took of 17h30. We tried to get a refund to take another flight, but they were only prepared to pay as one-third of the ticket price, reasoning that we want to cancel iso they cancelled the flight. I had to pay for my shuttle double because of all the plan changes by Cemair. It was a total disaster day and will NEVER set foot on a Cemair flight again.
