Utter disregard for customers

Clearly this airline unfairly profiles people by their looks/race. The social media videos of a young lady being forcefully escorted out of a plane by at least a dozen SAPS members because one flight attendant woke up on the wrong side of the bed and decided she was going rain terror on her customers is shameful. It's been more than 24 hours since this story broke and CemAir have not made any means to address the incident publicly so I will not be flying with them anytime soon!!!
