Unreturned refund

Worst moral standards ever. The airline cancelled my son's flight in 2019 when they were grounded. I have been emailing and phoning them eversince for the refund. Always stalling and telling me someone will get back to me. Now they say the debt is prescribed. Thus, they are not obliged to pay the money back. THE WORST SCOUNDRELS
