Unprofessional and dismissive staff members

We were having challenges with checking in our bags . We tried calling and no one picked up the phone and when we got there . No one wanted to help with anything. They were so dismissive until our flight left us .

We had to pay again for new flights , they cancelled the flight and didn’t inform us . By the time we got there were issues with the administration and they expected us to understand their inconvenience. They made us wait and run like headless chickens at last minute.
