Unexpected, delayed flight.

Flight 2 hours delayed without any excuse. Aircon not working on the aircraft. Luggage left behind without any warning or excuse. One big surprise when we arrived at Kimberley Airport and waiting for our luggage to arrive. They could care less about the safety and discomfort of the passengers. Very expensive flight with traumatic experience. Then passengers had to arrange to pick up their own luggage from the airport. They did not care whether we had transport to travel back and forth. Totally unacceptable and I will not recommend them to anyone. Flight of my colleague the follow morning also delayed for 2 hours.
