*****ULENT ACTIVITY BY CEMAIR

Booked a flight on 10th of June 2023 for the 11th of June 2023 from KIM to JHB. Reference Number TWBR-F457795. (PAID FOR) otherwise I was not able to get onto the plane in the 1st place! CEMAIR have then *****ulently deducted an amount from my account of R 1,334.26 on the 15th of June 2023 (Today) without me authorizing ANY payment. How can you deduct money from his account if it has already been paid for on Saturday last week? Do you think we would’ve been able to get onto the plane if this was not made recompense for, in the first place? Why deduct money *****ulently AGAIN on the 15th of June 2023 for something that was never booked if I am already in JHB? You have taken money off my account without our knowledge nor approval and authorization. ***!!!
