I am utterly disappointed in this airline. They really don’t give a **** about their customers. I had such a terrible experience today. Had a 7pm flight to Cape Town only to wait for an hour for my luggage. No communication, no management on site to address what was going on. We just had to wait and hope for the best and it was 22:30 when I got my luggage. I swear even taking a bus is probably better than this. I hate inconvenience with a passion but I can appreciate if someone communicates but nope, not fly cemair. Worse I had a shuttle waiting for me and this person probably has a family to go to but had to wait for me until I get my luggage.
