Even after sending numerous emails to Mr vd Molen, I have not received any feedback wrt this complaint. Refunding only R1565 after I paid R5411?? How is this possible???

Good day Mr van der Molen I am sending you this email as a last resort for assistance. Referring to the attached emails, I have made payment totalling R5411.36. Now I have been informed that I will only be refunded an amount of R1565.36. Totalling R3846 for PENALTIES?

How is this possible? If you can be so kind and provide me with more clarity regarding penalties to this value?? I don’t mind paying R500/person penalties for these bookings. Keeping in mind that our return flights were with Mango initially, thus forcing us to rethink our holiday options. I will really appreciate if you could look into this matter and supply me with more favourable outcome.
