Terrible service by Cemair

Terrible service by Cemair: I am travelling on the CEMAIR flight 5Z131 which was due to leave King Shaka International airport for Bloemfontein's Bram Fischer Internationl Airport, today between 10h50 and 12h10.

This flight has been delayed throughout the day. Cemair has not bothered to ommunicate the actual situation to us passengers. The only information was on the displayed airport monitors and departure time has kept changing from 10h50 to 12h00 to 14h00 to 16h00 to delayed indefinitely.

No refreshments were provided nor any something of that sort for travellers who have been sitting at the airport in front of Gate 2. We are only boarding now at 15h47.

We are treated as if everything has been done normally and appropriately.
