TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

On the 28th Dec 2023 we went to the check in counter to check our bags in Flight 5Z0624 time scheduled for 11 o clock, which by the way was delayed to 13h00 and we were not informed until we got to the airport , the reception we Received was totally and absolutely rude from the check in clerk. She laid back in her chair and refused to greet never mind check us in.

She was insolent and absolutely rude. I complained to the Check in desk and asked for an apology. I have never received any.
