Still waiting for a refund after 3 months!

When Cemair was grounded (again) in December and, upon their suggestion, we called in to cancel our flights and had to rebook on another airline. We were told that all flights cancelled due to their grounding would be refunded. We cancelled well ahead of our departure date and, 3 months later, we still have not received any refund. When I called them in Feb, I was told that all refunds would be processed by end of Feb/beginning March. It's been 3 MONTHS since I first called to cancel my flights. When I try call their call centre now, it just rings and rings and eventually cuts off. ************! we should have been among the first to be refunded - so I have to wonder if anyone has ever received their refunds. We are clearly paying for their lack of ethics and poor business management.
