Still awaiting refund after 5 months

I have been waiting since July 2020 for a refund from this airline. Is it even possible for any refund to take this long? I do understand that this is tough times, but this is not acceptable. Refund kept on being "pending". I have been in contact with the airline, as well as the travel agent, and have yet not been successful. Please, could anyone assist me in this matter?
