Still awaiting a refund from Cemair- over 1 year later

I booked and paid for return flights from Cape Town to Plett November 2018 ( Booking reference AAQFP9), which I had to cancel when Cemair were grounded... these tickets cost me around R4500, which is pretty expensive...I was assured a refund In 8 weeks.. I’ve been trying for over a year now and have still not recieved my refund.. I will never fly with them again and refuse to support their ******** business ethic .
