Shocking service!

Received below message from Cemair 15 December 2018, to date cannot get hold of anyone to advise on refund status, this is SHOCKING!!!!!!

"CemAir regrets to advise that your flight booked between George and Johannesburg on the above date is CANCELLED and will not be operated as a result of the indefinitesuspension of CemAir’s Air Operating Certificates. We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. You will be refunded for the full value of the tickets purchased from CemAir using the original payment channel used to make your booking."
