Saddest excuse of airline ever

This airline is pathetic!!!! My wife booked and paid for tickets for my mother in law and they were grounded due to them being in compintent. They were only awarded ground clearance days after my mother in laws flight date. We requested a refund and it’s been 8 weeks with no refund to date every time I e call there is an excuse with o feel is a story as they are bankrupt and are now actually being ********. I will never ever fly or book with these sorry excuse of an airline. Please beware of them.
