Refunds - are impossible

I’m EXTREMELY UNHAPPY, I’ve bought a ticket from Cemair, and they told me that I am allowed to cancel my ticket if I have a reason for canceling, now I've been waiting for more than a month for a response. I've spoken to two different consultants and they get my mail and don't get back to me. This is ridiculous!
