refund run around!

Update regarding our refund, after Cemair was grounded.

We booked through Travelstart en relieved this email today:

Thank you for your email. We will forward to Cemair for the refund. Please be advised that the new refund request may unfortunately take another 6-8 weeks to be paid from their side. Best regards, Travelstart

4 months for a refund???? What to do, this is unacceptable! What about the interest?
