Refund on cancelled flight

I booked a flight a connecting flight from Durban to via JHB to George on the 5th January 2023, they scheduled my flight and advised me to cancel it saying they will give me a full refund. I have been waiting for the refund since then. No communication whatsoever from their side and they tell me stories when I call them. Don’t ever fly with them.
