Refund

I booked a flight with Cemair for 28th December, Thursday morning. My flight was moved to 2 pm because of whatever reason that I do not know. I called the call center and I was assisted by Nikita Oostuisen, Monique and Martin Kleyn for my refund to be Urgent as I needed the money to book another flight that was leaving in the morning. I haven't received my refund till today. Nothing is being communicated whatsoever. I had to cancel the meeting and the plans I had in Joburg. It's really sad that I need to beg them everyday for my money. I'm very disappointed on Cemair.
