I had an amazing experience with CemAir. I was supposed to fly with them in December but my son now has to go in for quite a serious operation. They partially refunded my cancellation based on their policies. When I shared the details mof my situation with them they refunded my penalties in full as well. To me that show a company that cares about humanity. I am a fan.
