poor service ! takes forever to give your own money back !

pathetic service !!! i booked with cemair and they pulled money off my account for 4 Tickets instead of 2!! ive been going back and forth with the call centre about getting my money back and they keep saying finance needs to sort it out. Finance apparently is backlogged with payments! how can a airline be backlogged with payments!!! make it make sense . no response as yet about when im getting my money back. dont book with this airline ! they are inefficient
