Poor service

I got the worst service ever from Flycem Air, I've never experienced such unprofessionalizm in my enter adult life. My husband booked a flight on the 13th September 2021for me n our 2 daughters from Kimberley to OR Thabo International Air Port, departure date was on the 17th September 2021 at 8:15am.Me n my daughters arrived at the Air Port at 7:15am to check in, only to be told that the aircraft is full, we must step aside, other arrangements will be done for us. After a few minutes the lady came back saying she was on a call with her superiors in Head office Johannesburg, we can only be accommodated on the 4:15pm flight. I told the lady that is unacceptable because we already made plans in Johannesburg and Pretoria from 10am.she then put me on the phone with her superior from Johannesburg, a spoke to a lady, she told me that they overbooked hoping that there will be a cancelation, I asked her now what cause there is no cancelation and how did they come to the conclusion that who must stay, and what about our plans that we made in Johannesburg n Pretoria, will they refund us for those plans, she said unfortunately they can't, instead they deposited a R240 in my account to buy snacks they said.
