Poor Service !

How does a airline charge you R 3, 534 for a one way ticket, loose your baggage and take no responsibility and merely say : refer to the Terms and Conditions ? Which was never given nor explained when purchasing the ticket. Management is unprofessional and just shrug there shoulders and wipe their hands. Speechless CemAir (Pty) Ltd.
