Poor service - Cemair

In early January I travelled with Cemair to Bloemfontein from Johannesburg. The tickets were quite cheap and they allowed me to change my return time without additional charges. I've flown with them a few times before and have always had great service. However, when I arrived in Bloem, I realised my makeup bag was missing - I've received no response from Cemair regarding this. My return ticket was also cancelled because they were grounded and I was promised a refund 6-8 weeks. No contact from cemair and no refund. This is unacceptable, especially considering I had to spend a lot more money to buy a return ticket on short notice with SAA!
