Poor Service

I want to lay a complaint against Dorian Michaels CPT Airport, for poor misconduct and ill treatment. We were on the que when we finally got to the counter we were told the gates just closed unfortunately we missed our flight. We then enquired how since we've been on the que all the time and they were slow. He said they are short staffed and other people didn't report for work that morning. How is it that our problem because we were there on time. We were then told to move away when we asked for the next available flight. We waited for an hour on the chairs only for Dorian to return and say Unfortunately it is not possible for us to board the next flight we will have to pay R5000 more for penalties only to realize it's for new tickets. This man humiliated us as if we were not paying customers he was not of any assistance.
