poor service

Our flight yesterday from Jhb to Margate could not land due to bad weather. It was diverted to Durban, After many hours wait they put us on a minibus taxi from Durban to Margate. Terrible driving, a terrifying trip arriving in Margate after 7pm. Having left Jhb at 9am. Firstly why did they not simply delay or postpone the flight due to bad weather? It is only an hour +- flight, they had to have been aware of the weather conditions on take off. Secondly, their handling of the situation once diverted to Durban was extremely unprofessional. We pay the extra cost to fly direct to Margate due to the time constraints involved flying via Durban. Cemair managed to make it a 10 hour journey, we could have driven from Joburg in half the time.
