Poor service and rude staff member at cape town international airport...Staff member Marius Seneka

I am writing a complaint of poor service I received on the 27 November 2023 at cape town international airport cemair departure.

I was told that I'm was late for a flight at 16:50 departure which I was told is delayed,I was assisted by a lady called Marius Seneka.

I'm very unhappy about the service she gave us,she was very rude and using her cellphone while we were asking for assistance.

We asked for her senior because she was very unprofessional she refused to show us the office... And continued to say she is the supervisor and manager.

one of the guys managed to give us directions then got assisted by someone professional in the admin, she explained to us that the intercom is not loud and will have to pay a penalty fee which we did,as to why we have to pay for the penalty for a intercom that is not audible enough to be heard on the other floor? beats me.

Marius still came to the admin table and still said she doesn't care whether we report her or not...is that the image your company displays? Because if it's like that then wow I have a voice recording and I'm going to take this further
