Poor Service and Communication service Fly Cem Air

I would have given them a 1 star however i have flown with them before and enjoyed the experience to Margate. Last year I cancelled the ticket for a December holiday due to the corona virus and the lock down policies of the country. The cancellation was done 1 month prior to departure, and was within the correct cancellation timing. I was assured that i did not have to cancel and that my ticket would be valid for 12 months. I booked again this year with my existing ticket and was asked by Lionel Lyons of Cem Air to pay an extra R612.00 for the Validation of the ticket. I paid this promptly and asked for my ticket to be issued . I then get and email from a Wesley Sansom Base Manager - Durban to pay a further outstanding R1302.23 for the re validation!! In total it will be close to R7000 to fly to Margate. I want my money back ASAP.
