Poor service

I was once registered with Lyceum and paid the registration fee..then i got accepted by University before even enrolling with Lyceum, i cancelled my studies but ive been recieving statement saying i owe them but im not atte****, now they handed me over to the lawyers, like how come?they didnt even pay me back my registration but yet they say i am owing them....im so ****ed off.
